Make a video wearing a shirt the color of YOUR continent and holding a blank sheet (sheets that we used to print documents, do homework ...  one sheet of paper without
 lines, drawings ...)

Take a picture with the background environment (landscapes, a monument of ur city, ur room) as this model:
